Appropriate use
We confirm your use case and mailbox scope during assisted setup. The applicable service agreement sets the contractual requirements before activation.
Use your own approved Microsoft work account. Your company must have authority to connect the selected mailbox and grant access to participating staff. Keep membership current and protect credentials, activation codes and sessions.
Review AI categories, summaries, suggestions and drafts before relying on them. Smart Inbox has read-only Outlook access; use Outlook to send replies or change messages.
Tell Ashby before connecting a mailbox containing regulated health records, payment-card data, children's information, classified information or export-controlled technical data. These use cases may need different controls and may be outside the initial service scope.
Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass company or mailbox controls, introduce malware, or disrupt the service. Report suspected security problems without including passwords, tokens or real mailbox content.
