Information you submit
The trial-request form asks for your name, work email, company, role and business type, team size, Microsoft 365 mailbox setup, approximate email volume, permission-approval arrangements, workflow needs, trial success criteria, company data restrictions, feedback availability and interest in optional replies. It can also include campaign-source information from the link you followed.
We use these details to review fit, reply to your request, arrange setup and keep track of our communications. Please do not submit real messages, mailbox exports, credentials or confidential customer information.
Website hosting and forms
Netlify hosts this website and processes its request form. Website delivery, form handling and protection can involve IP addresses, browser/device information, request times, referral details and security logs.
The site does not include advertising analytics or nonessential tracking cookies added by Ashby. See Netlify's privacy information for its own practices.
How information is used and disclosed
We use inquiry and communication records to respond, operate and secure the website, support business relationships and meet applicable legal obligations. Netlify and the email services used to receive and respond to your request process information needed for those purposes.
Information may also be disclosed to advisers under appropriate duties, when legally required, or at your direction. We do not sell website inquiry information or use it for advertising audiences.
Keeping and deleting information
We keep inquiry and communication records for the request and resulting business relationship, and as needed for security, accounting, disputes and legal obligations. You can ask us to correct or delete your inquiry, or tell us you no longer want to be considered for a trial.
Some records may need to be retained for those purposes. This website notice does not promise a fixed customer-database or backup-deletion deadline.
