Your 14 free days start once your workspace is ready. No card is required and your trial does not automatically become a subscription.

Prices exclude applicable tax. Annual plans are billed in one payment. Paid subscriptions renew monthly or annually until cancelled. Cancel before renewal to stop the next charge; access continues through the paid period.

After your trial, open Billing in Smart Inbox if you want to continue. Paddle opens a secure checkout in the app and shows the final total before payment. Live payments remain subject to release checks.

These are the current pilot plans. Other plans are not yet offered. The first sync covers the last 30 days in Inbox, Sent, Drafts and Archive; initial AI processing is bounded and checked during setup. Importing mail does not mean every message receives AI analysis. The plans do not include unlimited AI processing.

Included AI allowance: the trial includes a $10 company-wide AI processing allowance, including initial setup. Single User includes $10 and Team includes $20 per calendar month in UTC, including on annual plans. These are included processing budgets, not extra charges. If a request would exceed the remaining allowance, new AI work pauses. Existing mail and ordinary search remain available while your workspace is active. There are no automatic overage charges; unused allowance does not carry into the next paid month.
