Built for a working team
Connect a shared mailbox once. Control who can work with it.
Shared mailbox access uses a delegated Microsoft permission for that mailbox. The app also requires its own mailbox membership. An administrator role by itself does not open message content.
Current evaluation design
- Each person signs in with a Microsoft work account
- An administrator selects the approved mailbox
- Microsoft permission and app membership both apply
- Personal mailboxes remain optional and member-controlled
- Corrections and decisions stay with the conversation
Your team stays in control
Smart Inbox does not make changes in Outlook.
Smart Inbox is read-only toward Outlook. It cannot send, forward, archive, delete, move, or mark Outlook messages as read. Draft suggestions require a person to request and review them.
Customer access opens only after the live application, Microsoft connection, security controls, and operating process pass their release checks.
Optional replies are coming to the pilot
The released connection is currently read-only. We are preparing replies for trial and paid users, with separate permission, review before every Send, and completed legal and release checks. Read what enabling replies will mean.
