The website request form and the mailbox application handle different information. Here is the current provider status.
Netlify hosts these marketing pages and handles the trial-request form, website delivery and spam protection. It can process submitted contact/workflow details and website request logs.

Microsoft Entra supports work-account sign-in. The application uses Ashby-controlled Azure hosting, a PostgreSQL database and Key Vault. Authorized mailbox access uses Microsoft Graph.
Company activation and mailbox consent are separate from submitting a website request. No customer mailbox is connected through this form.
Ashby uses GPT-5.4 mini through an Azure US Data Zone deployment. Processing has been verified with an authorized internal test mailbox. Customer activation remains assisted and subject to the applicable service and data-processing terms.
Classification, conversation review, requested drafts and inbox questions can involve different message excerpts, metadata, business context and user instructions. The applicable processing details are supplied before customer activation.
Paddle is the selected merchant of record for subscription payments. Sandbox testing is in progress; live payments are not yet enabled. The prepared offer uses a separately chosen hosted subscription after the free trial, with no automatic trial charge.
The billing and provider information will be updated before payments are accepted.
East US 2 is the current Azure hosting region. It is not a promise that every website, Microsoft 365, support, backup or AI operation occurs in that one region. Customer-specific processing terms and any applicable Data Processing Addendum are supplied before activation.
